Phantoms for hire at the 40th birthday party of 'Phan' Andy Davis. A great night was had by all (apart from having to lug all the gear up & down four flights of stairs!) with notable highlights being the birthdays boys attempts at backing vocals, the new U2 song the band had learnt especially for this occasion, dancing partygoers being skittled over by high speed sliding kids, free drink! & the Michael Jackson like exploits of the band with young 'Sophie'! Enough said! After the gig the landlord of the Stoneleigh Tavern said the Phantoms were, & I quote, "the bollocks!" I hope that's good?
