Paul Jones

Paul Jones, BBC Radio 2 presenter, was the original front-man with the group Manfred Mann, and co-composer of the signature tune for Ready, Steady, Go! He was at the forefront of the 60s pop revolution, with million-selling records alongside the likes of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and The Animals. These days Paul tours with Manfred Mann, The Blues Band and Digby Fairweather's Half Dozen; bringing you his most famous hits - 5-4-3-2-1, Pretty Flamingo, Bad Bad Boy and even a few of his own blues compositions.

"Paul Jones, fresh-faced and boyish still, is belting it out with glee and paying dazzling harmonica tributes to his heroes, Noah Lewis and Sonny Boy Williamson."

The Maltings

"Paul Jones demonstrates that, in technique alone, he's still decades ahead of any harp competition."
